Preferred room and roommate description

Lets see...Im looking or someone who i can get along with, don't need to be bestfriends or anything.Just a mutual friend type thannng. Im also looking for somebody who can be chill, not somebody who is constantly wanting to party. RESPONSIBILITY AND RESPECT would be my biggest thing. Also i want to be able to have my own privacy. I Dont to live want a constant party place, every once and awhile is cool. But not everyweekend. I dont care about having people over, as long as im respected and my things then its cool, I can be very negotiable, so there shouldnt be anything that we couldnt work out. Im just looking for somebody thats down to earth and somebody thats getting their life together and doing their own thing so i dont have to worry about things in their life that could possibly affect mine.

Im a pretty cool dude. Im still in school and im looking forward to graduating this year. I get along with pretty much everybody i meet, cant really remember when i didnt get along with somebody who i first met. But yea my life just took a complete unexpected turn, there has been some problems with my family getting along which is forcing me to get a place and live on my own. im usually an independent person, but since im still in school and have a low paying job, I found it hard for me to just move in by myself. So therefore im out looking for a RoomMate.
