Hello, I have a great servants quarters connected to a larger main house. The quarters are separated from main house by a walk way on second floor. There is a private entrance from the garage to top of servant quarters. It is a great old place, you have one bedroom with closet space, a sitting room with fireplace and small kitchen. The room over look a great , large back yard. You will pay utilities, which, if you are savay, you wont have to pay a lot. The neighborhood is stately, lots of older large homes in Akrons Merriman Hills . there is a bus stop on Letchworth that comes 2 times in morning and evening, You can go downtown or to school etc. There is a two car gargage for your car and extra storage. 'the neighborhood is Great. Tree lined, blvd Street lights and a nice park at the end of the street that over looks Cuyahoga National park. Some days, when I am gone YOU must watch the entire property, so some weekends you must stay home but as extra incentive, you can use the entire house , there is a nice library, game room, finished basement, very warm and inviting. I am single Male, no one else shares the house right now YOU must be non smoker, non drinker, non partier. A professional just in town, a single father or mother or mature college student. Background, credit check and references a MUST. I am looking for at least a 6 month stay, then, if you want, you can sign for longer term This is got to be the best room in Akron. give me a notice if your interested and I can set up an interview.
