(Need own cell phones so there is no land phone/fax line.)

Available room has a great view of the pool, a medium-sized walk-in closet (2 additional hallway closets are available for extra storage if needed), and a connecting Jack & Jill bathroom, to join the 2 rooms (female occupies other room). Male roommate owns home and occupies separate bed & bath. We are located in a quiet, scenic & safe Addison neighborhood near Preston & Beltline, walking distance to a park, jogging trails & playground; less than 2 minutes from Heart of Addison (restaurants) and very short distance to multiple stores, supermarkets, cafes and major highways.

Rent will be $550 + electric. You will be sharing this place with two other individuals (both responsible professional people).. We are is looking for a responsible, caring person who will take excellent care of the place – No cats – dogs are allowed.
