Preferred room and roommate description
The room is a private bedroom with its own private bathroom accessed through the front door of the home. The roommate will have access to the kitchen, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, and to the washer/dryer.
There is a small backyard and a small front yard. The roommate will have access to the television in the living room. I have U-Verse TV and super fast Internet. The roommate will have access to the office where he may put his computer along with mine. I pay all the utilities except the roommate will half the electricity bill with me. There will be a $300 deposit down and $500 for first month's rent in advance. The $300 will be used for cleaning, background check, and go toward the final electric bill when the roommate leaves the premises.
