Hello, my name is Wes and I am not looking for a room mate, but rather someone who is interested in finding a single room apartment. I would like to move out by the end of May. The rent for May is already paid for so moving in during May would be free. When you are interested in moving in your new lease will begin and mine will be ended, allowing me to move out without having to pay rent for June and July, which is when my lease actually ends.
The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable for single, and a large tree outside offers privacy for the patio and helps keep it cool. The patio also has a spacious storage closet. It is on the second floor which I like because it can only be accessed through the front door; making it more secure, but also easier to get to than a third story apartment. It is not furnished but it does come with a fridgerator, oven, stove, and microwave and a laundry room is just outside of the building. Another great feature is that it is within walking distance of ASU, I walk slowly but I still get to campus between 20 and 30 minutes. The rent fee covers all utilities except electricity.
Overall, it is a pleasant place to live and is in close proximity to ASU. Please contact if you are interested.
