professional, clean and courteous!! Ok, you're looking for a room in the Eastside......my wife and I have 14 options between 4 homes. As of each month usually 2-3 rooms are available so take your pick. We're just picky about the type of renters since we want them to co-habitat well.......ie: no kids, no smoking, etc.
3 Amazing options: 4,000 sq. foot Home I just purchased in June in the heart of downtown Kirkland. Rent for these rooms will include all ilities for $700 -$950 depending on which room you pick. Only 15 min drive to Seattle w/o Traffic or if you leave by 7 a.m. in the morning. Also Next to Grasslawn Park....3,000 sq. feet, 3 story, 3 bedroom, 3.5 baths. security, garage, view. Master room will be available within a couple weeks. I love traveling and am gone atleast half the time. This person has to be honest and somewhat clean since you'll feel like you're in this large place alone quite often. Overlooks Redmond Valley and Red. Town Ctr. with amazing views of Cascades. 2 patio decks great for barbq's. 2 fireplaces.
