I would much rather show the apartment than describe it and myself so please don't hesitate to ask to meet up!! :) About myself.. I'm 18, very chill, mature, fun-loving, friendly, and love meeting new people and new experiences. I'm not a hard partier, but I do enjoy having a good time. Pretty much all I do is work and play. I'm looking for a roommate 18-25 years old that can commit hopefully at least through January. Ideally, I'd like to find a roomie that enjoys being social and won't hide all the time. :) My top-floor apartment is located in a small, chill complex in downtown Kirkland. It has a floor plan like a townhouse with my room/bath upstairs, and everything else downstairs i.e. kitchen, living area, dining area, balcony/patio, w/d, bed and bath. The bed/bath downstairs would be all yours. I would LOVE it if you could contribute some decor/furniture/etc of your own (not necessary though) because I have not gotten around to full completion of the apartment due to funds and time. If you come see the apartment, you'll know what I mean. I'm open to pretty much anything. It is an older building, but is far from unattractive (all my friends think its adorable) and is spacious and cozy and I keep it clean! Rent is $650 + utilities. I'm looking for someone to move in soon in late November/early December.
