Im trying to find someone who'd be a great roommate, conscious and aware, responsible (at least for paying rent on time, blah, blah) and fun to be around. im a very laid back person, musician, flexible soul, work in the environmental field doing solar energy installation & design... As for this place goes its an older duplex house set somewhat high above Alki beach with wonderful views of the mountains and a very chill area. its right next to an entrance for Schmitz preserve park, with lots of hiking/biking trails. A huge plus is that the neighbors downstairs are some of my best friends. they are a small vegetarian family and are very nice & chill also. the dad is actually my lead co-worker so we will be traveling alot together on work trips and hanging out. if you like cool folks you will be around the right folks. we drink good beer and are also herb friendly but might have to keep that on the downlow a bit. this place is really beautiful except that its a bit small inside yet it was just recently renovated a bit by the new landlords so i think its gonna be in good shape, and also dont worry no new carpets! the landlords are pretty cool folks and seem nice. they're asking $1520 and then split in two would be $760 plus a small utility bill i'm pretty sure of so it should be under $800 for us each every month. This is so worth it if you dont mind waking up to the mountains everyday, lots of windows with great views, and dont mind only being a few minutes walk from Alki beach. there is a nice little backyard with a deck/outside eating area. there is lots of space in the garage which you could use for whatever, and there is parking for you right in front of the garage if you happen to drive. im actually gonna use part of the garage as a rehearsal space for my musical projects, but their will be much sufficient room in there for your storage, art space for you, etc, we'll just split in half i guess..so yeah hoping you can afford it too, im going to sacrifice my car to rent this for a bit. ive been trying to rid of it anyways as i could easily bike and bus everywhere here since i think i'll be here for a while. reply back if your interested and would like to see it. cool- here's a link to the house ad listed by the landlords (there's only 2 pictures and not very good ones as the inside is still being
