I am a 23 year old male working in downtown Seattle and living in my house (owned, not rented) near North Puyallup.
What I'm looking for in a roommate:
-19-26 yr old male or female
-No kids
-Drinks socially (weekend drinker)
-Doesn't smoke or do drugs
-Respects other's property and pays on time (stable job!)
-Clean - don't have to be OCD about it, just reasonable.
-Sane and "Normal"!
-Easy going and relaxed personality please!
House is new, huge, very nice and 5 min. from I-5 and 167, 7 min. to sounder train stop, 10-15 min. to Tacoma/Fed way. 600/month INCLUDES utilities.

-No phone landline - just use my cell, if you need a landline that's cool, but will be out of your pocket, same if you want dvr in your bedroom.
Need $300 for security deposit and $600 first months rent when you move in. Will have a lease to sign for legality, but no time commitment needed, Month to Month is fine if preferred. There is another roommate (22yr old male) moving into one of the open rooms in early September.
