I'm hoping to find someone who will help me out in exchange for reduced rent. I hate cleaning, and I'm willing to knock of $40 for my two-week share (and I will roll the cat boxes :-). Also, if you like to cook, I'd be willing to knock off and additional $65 for 5 dinners per week (which you'd get too).
This is about a room+shared space of large 2-bed, 2-level, 1.5 bath duplex, with as much kitty attention as you want. Flat rate utilities $85 per month and covers: dsl/wifi, cable TV (ext. basic), electric/gas, wsg and use of washer/dryer. Also, as much kitty attention as you want.
Hi, I'm a professional fem w/a fairly quiet lifestyle, day job and night classes; low drama, not particularly needy, in the cluttered-messy category of housekeeping who has occasional friends over, etc. Looking for someone also low on drama, independent, with timely bill-paying and cat-tolerance abilities.
This is a really large space to share, and if you happen to have decorating talent, feel free as I have little/none. Not opposed to storing extra "stuff." The cats are rescues, and I've committed to their care, so you will at least have to tolerate kindly their presence. I roll the litter daily, so there's not a "cat" smell. BTW, Children on visits are fine.
About the space: It's a 1300 sq. ft. split-level duplex in East Hill (Kent) cul-de-sac. Close to 104th/Benson and midway between James and Kent-Kangley.
• Available bedroom is aprox 12’x 12’ living space with 2'x6' closet
• Share: 22'x14' computer/lounge room, lg living room, dining area, galley kitchen, 1.5 baths and in-apartment laundry room.
There are roses on the side walk and a small yard.
May consider two who wanted to share one bedroom, but landlord charges more; total would be $750. May consider additional pet, conditional on behavior and landlord approval.
