I am looking for a female roommate, a NON SMOKER.
Beautiful, Apartment in Dominion Walnut Creek (~2 miles from Cary, ~3 miles from North Carolina State University's campus), the bathroom is outside the room, kitchen is decent. I'm not a big fan of high utilities, so I usually keep the temp. set low( i.e. ~65-70 during the summer & 50-60 during the winter. There's ceiling fan in the living room, and air conditioning - so it's not that bad. Also, I do have internet (we will split the cost.) There is an internet connection in the room. I do not really have much living room furniture so whatever you have we can talk about it and figure all that out. As for myself, I'm not the cleanest person in the world, however I don't live in a pig sty and I do not want to come home to one. Right now I have a roomate who keeps odd hours & hasn't been much help cleaning, so the apt. gets cleaned about once a month by me. Ideally, I'd like to establish a every 2 weeks schedule & have some help. I'm usually pretty good keeping the day-day chores up (dishes, trash, etc..) though. I don't smoke (allergic to it, so please no smokers) & I occasionally drink, but not to the point where i am gone, just one glass of wine usually. I have a large 55 lb red golden retriever, but she stays in my room when I'm not there & is a puppy, she has gone through obedience school and graduated but is still learning her manners, and is pretty well behaved, completely housebroken. I also have 2 indoor cats they are a mom and her baby (her baby is bigger than she is now) they too stay in my room most of the time, I let them out in the living area when i come home, but when I am not at home or we have company that is allergic they are locked up. So I really don't want anyone to have any other pets. I am already over the limit allowed in the apt complex, so... (you get the picture) I do not have a boyfriend so i don't have much company except for the random times when the singles group comes over for dinner, and the occasional sleep over. Overall, I'm really a laid back person, but I work a lot of hours and try to keep a pretty consistant schedule, and usually early to bed during the week. I am not opposed to having students as roommates, I just ask that you be mindful of me and i will do the same to you, I really don't want my roommate to be something to worry about. A grad student or working professional would be nice. I'd like someone who doesn't have parties or come in at 3am with half their friends in tow or leaves the kitchen & living room in a mess while their gone for 2 weeks. Just someone who's polite, responsible, pays their rent/bills & doesn't mind chipping in & cleaning the place about every 2 weeks. Also someone who loves to chat, I love to talk and would probably end up talking you ear off! One more thing, I LOVE COFFEE!!! and random trips to starbucks, about 4 miles away happens often! I would prefer a christian roommate with Christian Morals.
