I am looking for a mature female roommate, that does not have pets. I have a cat and need someone that loves cats. I am very respectful of other people and their property. I don't have lots of parties and people over but a dinner party from time to time with friends. Yes, I love to cook but it is really hard for just one person so you can expect left overs and dinners on a regular basis.
I currently work as an Executive Assistant and have been doing this type of work for over 10 years. I love to travel with my boyfriend so there will be times when I am out of town for a week or so at at time. I have lots of friends here and have lived in Scottsdale for over 16 years.
I only smoke outside and it usually involves wine or other spirits. I am resolved to quit this year since I am 30 and my boyfriend doesn't smoke so that makes it easier.
The complex is the best in town. We have a guard at the gate so nobody can get into the complex, and there are intercoms so guests have to be buzzed in. Amenities include: 9-hole golf course, library, 3 pools, one covered and heated, spa, sauna, brand new fitness center, pottery studio with kiln, paint studio with all the supplies, wood working studio, clubhouse with pool tables and huge dining hall.
Water, heat and A/C are included in the price, we split the electric plug ins and our phone, cable, internet. I have Direct TV with Tivo and high speed for my computer which you are welcome to use.
I move in August 1st and the complex only allows move ins M-F 8am-6pm due to heavy elevator traffic on the weekends and there is only one in the building.
4th floor views with a gorgeous view of Camelback Mtn. Can't beat this location and the resort feel for this price.
