Brand new two stories, 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2-car garage, washer/dryer, very nice gated community, community pool/Jacuzzi. Two bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs, each room with their own bathroom. Nice layout that allows for plenty of privacy, as well as easy access to the rest of the house.
Great location for getting everywhere in Phx area, 36th Street/McDowell, next to the 202, easy to get to ASU, Tempe, Downtown Phx, Airport is 5 min away, Biltmore area 5 miles away.
What we are looking for-
I am a 27 yr, male, medical student. I am always very busy, running around, midterms and finals are my life. But, I definitely like to take some time on the weekends to relax and have a few beers with my friends. My boyfriend is living with me, we share the master bedroom.
My other roommate is a 29 yr, female, teacher. She is outgoing, funny, and a wonderful person. We are both really outgoing, and never really home that often.
We are both very open-minded. I am gay, so, of course your, sexuality, creed, color, doesn't matter to me. You just need to be clean, like-minded, thoughtful and respectful of other roommates. What you do and how you are in your personal life is never a problem, we just ask that you are respectful of yourself your cleanliness, your roommates, and are able to share a great house with great roommates.
We are really busy with our daily lives, but hang out a bit at night, overall a relatively very quite house.
Smoking tobacco/pot (outside), is cool, drinking great, but nothing more that that please. We would rather not have a "pot-head", but if you some a little weed on the side, I really don't mind. Who doesn't.
Would are looking for college, college grad student, or someone around are age. Our past roommates have been law students, medical students, and peers our age in transition from college to the working world, or on their way to far off travels. We are looking for roommates who are likeminded, very clean, and heading somewhere… be it graduation, professional life, travels, etc.
