Hi! I'm Skylar and I have an apartment at Riverpark off of Dean rd. near UCF. It is a 2/2 so you would have your own room and bath. The apartment is fully furnished except for your room. The apartment community is really nice with tennis courts, two pools with hot tubs, a fitness center, etc. etc. I will not in Orlando until the 22nd or 23rd but if you are interested please get back to asap move in date is July 30th. Rent is $519 with electricity and internet seperate.
The actual apartment is located on the 2nd floor right next to the 2nd pool. I've attached pictures of the floorplan and the first pool. The application fee is $50 and we would split the deposit so your half would be $175 and it is a 12 month Lease. Please let me know if you are interested I'm a very easy going kind of person and can get along with pretty much anyone.
