My boyfriend and I live in a condo that is owned by his dad. It is in Villa Valencia. Rent is $450 plus utilities which are usually around $50 a month.
The square footage I put is made up because I don't know what it is. If you want me to measure the room, just ask :)
There are three rooms. We live in one room. We think we have a roommate for one of the other ones, but the third room is open. You would share the bathroom with an awesome girl.
There is a community pool, a carwash center, a fitness room, and a computer room.
The lease is a month to month lease, so even if you just need somewhere to stay for the summer, that would be fine.
We are really laid back people who like people who communicate well. We ask that our roommates have no parties at the apartment. Non-smokers please.
We have one cat and one bunny who lives in a hutch. We have everything like kitchen stuff, cleaning stuff, and livingroom stuff.
Utilities are usually around $50 a month and that includes cable, wi-fi, water, and electric.
