My roommates (my boyfriend, his friend, and a small dog) and I are currently looking for someone to share a 3 bedroom, 3 bath apartment. One of current roommate has decided to move in with another friend. The apartment is located Park Central, which is on the corner of John Young Parkway and Americana. While that may not sound like the most ideal location, we have lived here for almost five years and have no problems.
The rent runs about $600 (in the summer) including utilities (power, cable, internet, water, gas) and as low as $500 depending on utilities. As mentioned before the room does have it's own bathroom. The complex features 5 pools, 2 story fitness center, basketball gym, volleyball court, tennis court, bar/cafe, and day spa.
We are looking for someone to move in as of May 1st, but can pro-rate if moved in after that date. Our preference is to have someone who is between the ages of 25 and 35. No pets please as our dog does not get along with other pets. We would require you to sign a lease and provide references. June's rent would be free.
