2 rooms available: One 10x10 bedroom(as seen in the picture) and the other one is much bigger master bedroom with walk-in closet and private bathroom ($425 per month plus shared utilities) will be available by September 21st. House has furnished living room, fully equiped kitchen, wireless internet (for no extra charge), and washer & dryer units. The rent does NOT include the utilities. Utilities (water, power and gas) will be shared between roommates. (Roughly $50-60 per month per roommate during the hot season and $40-50 during the winter time. NO smokers(Outside ONLY!..) and NO pets please. And also NO COUPLES Please!.. This room is for ONE person only...Looking for responsible people students or professionals...
