I am just trying to offset the cost of rent. I am pretty easy going and work long hours during the week. I don't like loud parties, but I am not opposed to quiet friends visiting :) There is apatio for smokers. Located a mile from Full Sail and 6 miles from UCF. No pets please. I have found there are plenty of pets in the form of small Gekos in the area :) There is a clean laundromat about 100 yards from the apartment on the complex.
