We have a beautiful new home in Summerport, which has fabulous community resources. There is a huge pool, weight room, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts. Many lakes for boating and fishing. We are looking to rent the extra rooms. Everything is included in the rent. We work at the theme parks and keep fairly late hours so a night person might be better suited to our lifestyle, but we are quiet, if you are too, it might not matter much. We are quite clean, and we try to divide up community household jobs evenly, so the basic stuff is always done.We enjoy horses, swimming, music, movies, cooking, cars, video gaming. Would consider a couple, however, the rent would be higher for that. Must have references and employment verification. $35.00 application fee.
