I have a single story 3bedroom/2bathroom home located in South Clermont about 1 mile from 192. It's about 20-25 minutes from Orlando, and about 10-15 minutes from Disney and Kissimmee.
Rent includes all utilities such as: Electricity, Water, Cable and Highspeed Internet (wireless). I have a furnished room that includes a full size bed, dresser, entertainment center and TV (vhs/dvd combo).
I am looking for a female roommate between 21 and 30yrs of age, who is responsible, and somewhat quiet. I don't like drama. I have 2 cats, so someone who likes animals but doesn't have pets, is preferred.
