This is a very large apartment by N.Y. standards in an upscale building. I am very easygoing and enjoy making people happy. All your friends will be welcome and will be treated as my friends too. I also have a new TV in your bedroom already hooked up to digital cable with 100 or 200 channels. I watch TV in the living room (mostly news, politics and movies. The gym, pool, are down the street. cable, dsl, new tv with a zillion channels are already installed. This is luxury living on the upper east side of Manhattan.
