Look no further! This place isn't exactly in the SKY, but it IS a 900 square foot 3rd floor apartment! The bedroom for rent has two huge windows and tons of natural sunlight, with a view of the gardens below. Easily fits a full size bed, dresser and desk. The rooms are on opposite ends of the apartment so you have plenty of privacy!!
the neighborhood is EXCELLENT, with laundry and 3 grocery stores around the corner. We've got starbucks, sushi, dunkin donuts, everything you need right around here! A 5 minutes walk to the 4,5,6 train. And down the street from a gorgeous park on the river.
Your roommate-to-be is a 25 year old female aspiring singer/actress. You'd also be sharing with my cat, Onyx (he sings too. :) )
