A fully furnished single bedroom is available for a female in a large, beautiful, quiet and CLEAN apartment in Sunnyside, Queens. The apartment is across the street from the subway (without the noise!), and 15 minutes or less from midtown Manhattan. The neighborhood is very safe, and there are many stores, restaurants, bars, and cafes in the area.
All utilities are included in the price (wifi high-speed internet, cable TV, A/C, heating, etc.) and the apartment has its own washer and dryer!
