Luxurious room in our brand new very sunny upper floor apt. We are locacted in one of the safest yet trendiest neighborhoods in New York City. Sleeps two in a gorgeous queen bed room. Out our door is the subway, all shops and all that New York has to offer.
No complications: no stay minimum, no additional fees and a gift upon arrival. It doesn't get any better than this! For the winter months we are seeking a part time(two-three days per week) roommate and price is negiotable.
