Hello Friends,There are some rules of this house, clean after use bathroom,DO NOT FLUSH PAPER TOWEL ,WIPES TAMPEX IN TOILET,clean after using kitchen no dirty dishes in sink or countertop and kitchen must be neat looking and clean after using living room and dining room all your things must be kept in your room and your room must be kept clean and neet at all times with regular cleaning no loud noise after 11 PM Because your roomate has to work and get up early for work and school and no shoes to be left in hallway and leave chairs where they belongs and remove garbage when container is filled.recycle cans and plastic in blue container and paper in green container is in front of and side of house . Looking for 2 clean roomate to share a room and quiet and responsible roommate of course Non smoker with no pets. The house is 4 blocks from A train Leferts blvd which is the last stop very safe neighbourhood.
and 1 block from major shopping Rite aid, food and vegy market conveniently located are 4 banks, block away citibank capitalone ,washington mutual and chase bank and lots of stores ,fruits and vegy market 1 block away , laundrymat is half block away,10 Mim from JFK airport, 15 min from lagurdia airport and 30 min from Manhattan downtown. Wireless internet access from your room , new kitchen cabinet, new bathroom, new hardwood floor,Very clean environment for Healty living condition. Very safe neighbourhood and respectful female roomate from california,(female french interior designer) a korea female , also 1 male doctor and 1 med student, 1 young lady from swiss and a young lady from Russia who is an architec the house also have 4 bathroom.one mths rent and one mths security is required and when you leave i need 1 mths notice and your depoosit will return to you.Drugs free and alcohol and smoke free environment no exception. Please make a copy of your id and have it ready for me upon renting.Minimum stay is 3 mths
