Twin size bed, adequate size dressers, night table with lamps, carpeted , wireless internet 25 inch TV $6.50 extra if you want box, but works on basic channels, just no HBO channels. This rm is 12 x 14. I am very nice, and expect the same from my roomates, respectable and very quiet after 11 pm during the week. I am in charge of the common areas in terms of cleaniness, I expect my roomates to keep the rm they sleep in clean. My dog runs about sometimes, so if you do not like dogs this place is not for you. The dog sometimes gets anixiety he is not vicious at all. I feed and take care of the dog. Do not feed dog table food although he will beg . If you are firm verbally he will stop bothing you. If you have any other questions let me know. One month security is required and it will be refunded based on the condition of the rm and personal property. No thiefs,moochers, freeloaders, Addicts,illict Drugs, leeches, smokers(outside) allowed here and __NO Exceptions.Identification and work verification background check .Maid service is not included here, meaning you must clean up after yourself. No overnighters allowed, friends ok to visit, No parties or rowdy individals allowed here. Share lg well equipped kitchen, own cabinet space,washer/dryer,bring own food, personal tolietries, laundry detergent, Paper goods is included in rent.Own key to main entrance and to your rm. Huge livingrm with 52 inch tv and dvd for entertainment.
