furnished bedroom for rent in a two bedroom apartment located in quiet neighborhood. Apartment is approx. 900 sq. feet with dining area and living room combined. Kitchen with window, new appliances w dishwasher. Living room has a decent view. There are windows for good natural light. The bathroom comes with full bath/shower. There is a linen closet outside of the bathroom. Room has a two windows and is facing the street. RENT $850 a mo. - Included: water, gas, Cost will be shared for electric, cable, internet, and phone, if used. The room does not have a closet, but there is an armoire (there is space for another armoire if you so choose to add another one) and clothes hanging line or use the closet in the hall. Elevator bldg. Laundry facilities in basement floor - The building is secured, and has a p/t doorman. - Excellent heat in winter. A/C needs to be installed, but fans are available. - 1/2 block from subway to Manhattan. It is about 20 to 25 min commute depending on if you take local or express train.- This apartment is centrally located near shopping and restaurants, etc. Parking is on the street or paid parking in the garage. Very near both LaGuardia and JFK airports as well as the expressways. I am looking for a roommate. Someone honest, respectful, easy going, with a good sense of humor. Should be someone clean. Not concerned about how you keep your room, just the common areas. Preferrably male, but female ok. No party animals. Just a nice person who will be a nice roommate. I am female in my 30's.
