I am a warm caring person who has had many roommates and have never had a problem. I tend to mind my own business unless you need some help on something special. I am more than willing to contribute. Just one thing NO SMOKING NO DRAMA This is luxury living on the upper east side of MANHATTAN. I would like my roommate to have a job or career. I now have a 22 month shih tzu puppy which is just like having a new baby. He adds a lot of fun to the place. Your room is very large(400 sq ft) and completely decorated with a double size walk-in closet and a new bedroom set. You have your own bathrm. PS pool and gym are down the street.
