This is a 2000 s.f. Large Log Ranch Home set in a Beautiful Box Canyon in the Southern Mission Mountains. You won't find a much more Beautiful spot in Western Montana than the Missions and the Garden Wall. Spectacular views and such quiet Beauty makes is worth the commute if necessary. Perfect for todays internet offices.
I travel a lot so you would have the house to yourself ... quite often for long stretches. It is on a Ranch with 5 other houses, three of which are the owning Family. They are always around and are very friendly and helpfull. A very safe and secure place to live ... Could not ask for a better situation.
I took the house with a 2 year lease. The rent is so reasonable at $700.00 which we would split. I will also split the average monthly electric bill. The Internet and phone are your choice to keep or not.
It is a 50 min. drive to Missoula (42 mi) and a half hour drive to Polson, 75 miles to Kalispell. If you have always wanted to live in a Beautiful Montana Log Home in the Mountains .. this is your oportunity to share a really great spot.
The Upstairs Loft is workable with a small Bedroom in the back and a private shower and bathroom. Great views!
