32 year old female and 24 year old male seeking one more person to share three bedroom, 1.5 bath house with fenced yard and garage located 3 blocks from the mall!!! Have one unfurnished bedroom available now; rest of house is fully furnished. Rent includes full use of the house and yard as well as the washer & dryer and free DirecTV in every room. Already have two well mannered, fun-loving dogs and would be willing to consider another pet as long as it's the right owner/animal; applicants must be animal friendly!
Asking $350.00 for the room plus 1/3 of the monthly utilities which generally run between $80-90 per month. Deposit will be the same as one month's rent and due at the time of move in. Tenants will sign a lease through the end of May 2009.
We like all people and lifestyles, no discrimination here! Don't care if you do drugs as long as it's not here! We want people who are friendly, social, and not into bringing the bar home. We would like a roommate that like to hang out but still has their own life too. We enjoy cooking dinner, watching movies, and going out. Would prefer professional's but am open to all applicants.
