Hey there!
My name is Tassie, I am a 24 yo female that works at the Hollywood Renaissance Hotel in Hollywood. I am looking to move closer to work and to my bf, who lives in Pasadena. He has his own place, so don't worry he won't be moving in, lol. I currently live in Valencia, 20 miles up a mountain! 1 hour w/out traffic to work and 2 hours with traffic, its killing me!!!
I work different hours each week but it is a guaranteed 40 hours (at least) per week. I am not a party animal although I do go out on rare occassions. I am not a hermit crab looking for a room to board up in, I wouldnt mind us hanging out or anything. Anyhow, I would love to come look at the place and am off tomorrow in the afternoon if you will be around. I am a serious person looking to move in mid June - July 1st!
Also please respond with move in requirements. ie: deposit, pets etc... and a little about the roomates!
