Hey Guys, I am renting out a room for $600.00 a month at a House living with other roommates who split utilities in North Hollywood, California. It is a 5 bedroom, 1 1/2 Bathrooms, with a big backyard. Spacious living that is accomodating. I live in a nice, quiet, residential neighborhood. It is convienently located between the 5 Fwy, and the 101 Fwy. The HOUSE IS LOCATED JUST 15 to 20 MINUTES from HOLLYWOOD and 7 to 10 MINUTES from the BURBANK STUDIOS and STUDIO CITY( for those working in the film and entertainment industry). I like to keep the House looking MODERN and CLEAN!!! As is expected from those who reside in the House. I AM LOOKING FOR SINGLE GUYS ONLY(meaning no kids or couples, since the rooms are not fit for 2 or more people to reside in) NON-SMOKERS and NO PETS. Seeking a roommate with a good head on his shoulders, and can live with other guys who are OUTGOING, ABLE TO MAINTAIN A CLEAN HOUSE, and are EASY TO GET ALONG WITH, SOCIABLE!
