Must be... female in her 20s, student or professional, clean, respectable of my space and things, HONEST! Must be honest! (been there, done that with a thief for a roommate), reliable with rent, down to Earth, easy going person who likes to have fun, laugh, and who has a good time with life. NO drugs, NO SMOKING (420 friendly), no bringing the party home, no live-in boyfriends, I'm really not too picky-- I just want a roommate who I get along with and live with! ... we don't have to be best friends but it'd be nice to have the option! (i.e.. be able to go to lunch once in a while, etc.) Also, must have good credit, the leasing office will do a credit check.

I'm pretty clean, I like the place to look clean and cute and feel comfortable but I'm definitely not a shoes-off-at-the-door kinda person (not a clean freak by any means!), I do clean up after myself, I'm very honest and respectable, low-maintenance, love to have fun and laugh (watch movies, drink some wine, shop, go to the beach...) I work out a lot and live a healthy lifestyle. I work as much as I can M-F so I won't be around too much during the week.

I'm from Colorado originally, I grew up in ski areas, then moved to Orange County and then LA for a year, then moved back to CO and just finished a year of school at CU Boulder, and now moving back to CA for work! I like to snowboard, work out, go to the beach, shop!, ride bikes, run, anything outside, travel, go out to clubs/bars at night once in a while on weekends, and just have a good time no matter what.
