Hi everyone, My name is David and heres what I am about. I'm a 34 y/o male currently living in NC. I am moving to N Las Vegas Nov 21st. Reasons for me moving is my 9 y/o daughter is growing up rather fast without me. Most recently things have changed for the better....she wants to know me and wants me to be a part of her life.Long story short...I'm going to Vegas. I'm so excited, I can't even see straight. I've been waiting for this day for quite a while now and I'm not gonna miss it for the world
Like I said, I'm 34 y/o with some college, professional male that works hard and plays even harder. I am a light social drinker and I am drug and disease free. My life does not evolve around drama or people of it's liking. I'm looking for a down to earth, honest and stable roommate. Please, if you respond to this add, don't sugar coat anything, I 110% appreciate the truth. I'm looking for a roommate thats grown up a bit and isn't into partying 24/7 as a normal lifestyle. I would also like that person to be sane and mentally stable. This potential roommate also has to understand that I will have my daughter periodically for sleepovers, watching cartoons, or whatever may be for that day. I on my part do promise to keep an open line of communication, just so they everyone is on the same page as in planning for her to come over so it doesn't interfere with anyones plans for that day. I'm not gonna have her a lot of the time, so she's not gonna be around that much. I'm also looking for housing near the intersection of Craig and Simmons.
Ummmm, what else??? I have already bought my plane ticket, I'm packing very light and won't be coming with very much stuff. In other words, a furnished room would be awesome if I could find one though it isn't a requirement. I also already have a job lined up for me. So what it comes down to is finding housing, It's the last thing I have left to do.
Attn to potential roommates...Male or Female....I have no preference really. It's just females are generally a bit cleaner. And I don't want my daughter to be around anything but clean. Trust me people...I understand clutter, I don't have a problem with that, it would be along the lines of something like...the dishes havent been done in a week. That I can't do. As far as having a female roommate... let me put your mind to rest with one thing ladies. I am a single man and have been for 3 years. I plan on being single for quite a bit longer. I'm not seeking a relationship of any sort. I am only seeking a clean and healthy living arrangement for myself and for my daughter when she comes to visit. I'm sure I have left a lot of details out, so if there is anything you want to know about me, just feel free to ask.
