Gay male looking for male roommate. I have a master bedroom for rent in Oaklawn, just 3 blocks from Cedar Springs Rd. The room is 9x14, and has a step in closet with a private bathroom. Everything you plan to have here should fit in that room. I unfortunately have no extra storage. I am looking for a NON smoker who is employed and can provide a personal as well as a business/job reference. I require first and last months rent to move in. All utilities, cable, and wireless internet are included(your computer will need to be wireless ready). You will have access to a beautiful pool, a secured, assigned parking space, and the kitchen and living room(pictured). I have a well trained, friendly dog. You must get along with her. I wish I could accept more pets, but can't at this time. I am pretty laid back and live a quiet, healthy lifestyle. This is not really a party house. NO DRUGS. If you know the area, you know how convenient this location is. It's just 3 blocks from the bars, shops, and restaurants on Cedar Springs. I would prefer a gay male roommate but all you cool straight dudes are welcome too.
