The house is a gem in the upscale, historic district near town. It has lots of nooks for privacy in addition to your own room and walk-in, cedar closet. It's close to public transportation and stores. I'm quiet, past my party days and athletically inclined. I am a thoughtful person looking for same. I'm pretty orderly for a guy. If you'd like to clean a bit, we could negotiate rent!
