Hi - My name is Cindy and I am a 51 year old female who is down to earth. I get along with all ages of people. I am looking for a nice honest roommate to live in my modest home in Fox River Grove, Illinois with other roomate. The available space an unfurnished living room and bedroom with lots of windows and a private entrance off the patio. $500.00 rent per month includes all the utilities and Dish Network with lots of channels. Telephone is not included. Share the bathrooms, kitchen, washer/dryer, nice patio and yard with other roomates. Plenty of parking and walking distance to the Chicago Metra Station so if you work or go to school downtown you can just hop on the train. Must be clean and a social drinker only, no alcoholics or drug addicts please. Must have a stable job and proof of income and no criminal history. A securtiy deposit or 250.00 is required. A small dog or cat is ok with a 150.00 pet deposit. Lease is on a month to month basis. Backround check is required
