Well, this is a little different…I live alone in a large Downtown Chicago Lake Front Condo and I am seeking someone to enjoy it with me (deck with fireplace, huge hot tub, incredible views of the Chicago’s skyline and Lake Michigan).
Your room is tiny, no window but it has a private bath, entrance, kitchen, tiny table & chairs and pull-down queen-sized bed. Sounds small; it is, but its tidy and kind of cute and just one step away from breathtaking views. There is no rent.
About me: I am twice your age, separated from a wife of 5 years (younger than you when we married), I am not “marriage material,” but I am also not dead…yet. I’m not sure if I need a cartaker here or caregiver, but I need someone as I have never lived alone and I don’t think I like it.
I am primarily a lawyer and own (but do not actively manage) a film casting agency and a fine arts and commercial fashion studio. As an advocate, I can argue fiercely but I am a gentle man. I also have my silly side. I have a strong sense of humor (though some find it a bit strange). I laugh a lot each day. I love movies and dining out; I collect weird cars and good wines, love sensual massage and I enjoy travel especially when it’s with someone special (cruises are good).
