Hi there,
I am subleasing my fully furnished bedroom with a dedicated bathroom (right outside) for the period of Jun 15-Sep 17. The room is in a two bed room apartment of luxury condo (Regent Park), and offers total privacy and a great living experience.
The room is very spacious (16’x10’), has full-length windows, and offers a magnificent view of the lake from the 33rd floor. You may use all the furniture, including a walk-in wardrobe, full-size bed, study desk, work chair and a book shelf in the room. Wireless internet is also available for rapid surfing.
You will be sharing only the kitchen and living room with two female students from the University of Chicago. They are clean and well-organized as well. The kitchen (9’ x 7’) is fully furnished with stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and an oven. Vacuum cleaner and iron box are also provided. From the big living room (18’x 15’), you may watch TV or enjoy a good view of the Sears tower and the lake.
