I have a nice Condo in the Round Lake Beach, IL. area that has 2 bedrooms, you get to choose which ever you like to fit your living needs. Each bed room comes with its own private bath. I'm looking for a roommate for the extra room i have available. The Condo is on the third floor. It is close to the train and great shopping centers. The room itself is unfurnished but is freshly painted, nice walk in closet, wall to wall carpet, A/C unit, free wireless connection, phone ready jack, cable ready jack, ceiling fan, independent heating system, and a full private bathroom.
Other than the bedroom, you will have complete and free access to the kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer that is housed within the condo itself, so this is quite convenient. I also have a BBQ grill on the balcony, and plenty of storage in the garage and balcony storage room. The condo is all electric. By this i mean the stove, the dryer, and heating. Parking is incredible here and during winter snow removal is taken care of.
As for myself, I'm a non smoker, great sense of humor, open minded,quiet, clean, friendly, honest and easy to get along with type person. I'm looking for either a male or female roommate that is very responsible. It does not matter if you smoke just as long as its not in the house. Things i will not allow: NO DRUGS!!!!! I have great references if needed. I'm real down to earth and easy to get along with. Theres no drama with me and I'm not a strict person because i like meeting new people.
Rent is $450 plus half the electric bills which ain't much in this place.
