I am a British professional and ex-educator who enjoys sharing her home with interesting, positive and /or international folk. (Photo....I'm the one in the peach top lower level/middle :):):) The 2300 sq ft home (Cotswold) has 5 BD 2BA and is 10 mins from uptown & South Park. The MASTER bedroom is available with its own remodelled travetine marble bathroom with plate glass shower doors. It is gorgeous. The master bedroom is large with a queen size bed, windows on two walls, hardwoods, wing chair, desk, ceiling fan and wireless broadband & tv cable.
The house has a large green backyard with lots of trees, perennials and a patio with a water fountain, which we use a lot to entertain during the warmer weather.
I am fun loving, outgoing and easy to get along with. I travel to England quite frequently to see my boyfriend in London. I am looking for a easy going, responsible mature person I can trust whilst I am away.....and is looking to expand themselves.
About myself: I used to teach HS in Jamaica, West Indies after graduating from college in England. I came to the USA to pursue my Ed. D. in Education. I head a non-profit h3o which provides micro credit loans (seed money) to working poor women to start small businesses in developing countries (East Africa)…..through the internet
I have lived in Charlotte since 1993 and have done a lot of community building and have a diverse, multi cultural, international group of friends as a result.
Argentine Tango is my passion.....and I started our local community five years ago. I am a "jock at heart".....work out, love dancing and having friends over.
