I have a newly built beautiful townhouse located in Charlotte, NC close to I-485. House is located only 2 miles from Lake Wylie and in walking distance to Rivergate shopping center. The home is also only 3 miles from both 485 and I-77. You will have your own room, loft off of the bedroom and a private bathroom. I am fun and easy going, I work and like to have a good time but only on weekends. I am quiet and respectful and I ask the same from a roommate. I do have a pet so for right now one is enough and I am asking that whoever moves in does not have any pets. Also there will be a background check run if you decide you would like to rent the room.
