Hi,
I am looking to live with a female or a male 23- 35 yrs old preferably nonsmoking- current roommates are both females but our lease is up and ones getting married and the others moving 30 min away. About me, Im a 26 yr old male nonsmoker, and Im pretty laidback, get along with everyone I meet and want to keep a place where we can have fun and bring people over for small get togethers and just provide a fun place to relax. Im not a good cook but I do enjoy a good dinner party! I dont mind a few drinks every now and then but I dont want to live with someone who is an everyday heavy drinker. I do enjoy my bourbon and cokes every now and then too but I just dont want that to be the main source of entertainment.
I need a place by May 20 and am looking to stay in the Mt. Pleasant area no further out than Town Center and rent & misc. costs no more than $650. Old Village would be great!! If you dont have a place either and just need another person to look with call me as well because if I can find 2 roommates I can stay in my current place 2 blocks away from the sea on IOP! Thanks!
