Currently there are 2 christian males both around 27yrs old whom will be living here with you in this nice 3 bedroom 2 bath home with an outdoor shower too. The house is only a 4 min casual walk from the water on IOP beach so its in a great safe location and will be available around May 26-June 1. The house has a fenced in backyard with a storage shed, a nice sized deck with grill, front yard with offstreet parking, tile floors in living room and kitchen, ceiling fans in all rooms, and we do already have high speed internet and cable setup in my name. Its a good setup for entertaining and I do wish to take advantage of that more. Id like to have small dinner parties, board game and video game nights, and other events more often. Since you'll be living here on IOP you will also have free access to the neighborhood gym. Im very laidback and am active in a local church St. Andews and the other guy attends ECBC when in town. He also travels a lot for work and will be gone for about 2wks of the month and also on the weekends. The lease is up on May 25 but I just need 1 more male roommate to fill an open bedroom asap in a 3 bedroom 2 bath house so I can continue to stay here. The other guy is gone about 2 wks of the month on business and almost every weekend and is also active in church. Basic rent is only $500 per month but the all inclusive rate of $650 includes: basic rent, water, electric, trash pickup, cable and internet, and a few household amenities to simplify life (detergent, tp, towels... etc) & free parking and close access to beach and access to a local small gym!!! Would prefer a male nonsmoker age 22-35 with similiar morals. Dogs are ok with a small pet deposit of only $100 or 150- (I believe thats right) and there is a security deposit of $500. Thanks!
