I am a medical field professional looking for the right person to rent a studio in beautiful and peaceful Ben Lomond. Studio located within walking distance to down town. The studio would be ideal for single person and/or college student. In addition to the studio for rent, I have a workshop that will include plenty of private parking in the rear for work-truck/trailer/van. Both studio and workshop will be available for rent mid-May or first part of June. Studio will rent for $750.00 per month plus deposit. Workshop will rent for $425.00 per month plus deposit. Must also be an animal lover. In addition to my own pets, I am also a foster mom for the German Shepherd rescue. Will negotiate cost for right person.
