The house is a large country farm house with opportunities for privacy and interactions with house mates. There are four living in the home at this time, all professionals. We all get along well. I have one room for guests when needed. I have two dogs that are learning to become sled dogs for fun. Everyone enjoys the out of doors, music, good food, and respect of each other. The rent is $515 per month with a $15 discount if paid on or before the first of the month. It includes utilities except for telephone. A private telephone jack is located in each bedroom if needed. Each bedroom has live cable television and DSL is also available. The home has two fire places, is spacious inside and out, and the common areas are well furnished. The kitchen is also well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. The location is central to Burlington, Bristol, Richmond, Williston, South Burlington, Shelburn, and Vergennes, each about 15-20 minutes commute. I work in Middlebury which is 35 minutes away. Route 116 is well maintained during the winter for reliable commutes to work or school. Smoking is permitted outside the house.
