THE rent is $400 18-27 Male Only Direct Tv(In Living Room),Electric,Water.I have a place available in August 08 for $400 a month include all, for ages 18-25 Male ONLY. A roommate that drinks is preferred hahaha, Hey Misery Love company hahaha,where the fun in drinking alone. *Bonus is that i will supply the Beers/Liqour, I have connections lol. This place is no Motel. FYI Getting a Big Ass Flat Screen Tv with surround sound......If the room is rented and if you do not mind sharring a room something could be worked out i am sure. Like share a room and sleep on the couch or sleep in the spare bed in the room, if your luck has turned to no luck at all lol. peace
