Looking for quiet, neat, nonsmoking, clean male who would like to live in the upstairs of my home. The room is fully furnished and ready to move in. I'm not looking for heavy drinkers or drug users. Space includes bedroom and adjacent room. You would have the upstairs to yourself. There is a door at the foot of the steps for privacy. Bathroom and Kitchen is shared. You would have to be able to pay the rent. This room would be ideal for student who like peace and quiet. Centrally located. Very close to Daeman College, UB South, ECC. Most college 7 miles or less. Washer and dryer in house. Bed linens also provided. TV with cable, VCR and DVD player in room also.
