This is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. It is actually in Sarasota.
The home is on the water and has a heated pool and is gorgeous.
MYself: I am a realtor/home investor and things are a little slow now so i'm gonna do the roomate thing. Plus it's cool to have someone around at times. i am a non smoker, clean, quiet and easy to get along with. Would like similar. Would like someone who is nice to be around and easy to get along with and is not gonna have undesirable people in the home. I definitely will not be. There is a separate living and family room so another room to "hang out" in and watch tv.
Home is totally remodeled and furnished nicely. (not shown in pics)
