I have a private apartment for rent adjacent to my residence. The bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, tables, lamps, TV, and sofa.. There are two large windows in the bedroom. A few steps away is the bathroom which is large, fully tiled, and has a walk-in shower and vanity. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave cabinets and washer/dryer. The apartment is air conditioned and all utilities are furnished. I am looking for a person who is quiet, respectful of property, and considerate of others. I am a retired architect who works somtimes out of my home and the only time I get loud is if Georgia Tech is winning a ball game. This is a great place for a student or a person who is working during the week in the Bradenton area and goes home on the weekend. The beaches and downtown are convenient as well as the Schools and Colleges in the Bradenton/Sarasota area.
